This website collects very little personal information. The only information we collect is what you voluntarily provide:

• Email address: if you sign up for squadron updates, your email address is stored in Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), our mailing-list platform. We use it solely to send you those updates. We do not share it with anyone else.
• Form submissions: when you use a contact or inquiry form, the information you enter (such as your name and message) is used only to respond to your inquiry. (Forms are planned for a future version of the site.)

We do not collect information about visitors who simply browse the site.

This site uses cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics. No tracking cookies are set, and no personal data is collected about individual visitors to measure site usage.

There is no third-party advertising on this site, and we do not use any advertising tracking technology.

We publish photos only when we have consent to do so. If you would like a photo of your cadet removed from this website, contact us at all@12aircadets.ca and we will remove it promptly.

Signing up for squadron updates is entirely opt-in. We will not add you to any list without your explicit consent.

In keeping with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), every message we send includes a clear and working unsubscribe link. You can withdraw your consent at any time and we will remove you from the list promptly.
